This is honest to god the best soup on the planet. I didn’t invent this recipe, however I do alter a bit to make it better….because my ideas are better. Always. This is the recipe I adapted, I also cook it in a different fashion, so listen up.

Honestly Barbara, nobody cares about anything you’re saying. JUST GIVE US THE RECIPE!!! I even bolded the ingredients so you can really skip all my extra damn words.
If there is one thing I know on Saturday, it is that the next morning there will be brunch to be had. Have a nice relaxing Saturday at home? You deserve some brunch. Did you get too drunk, get kicked out of a bar, and fall asleep at 3am? Recoup with….you already know…
I take brunch very seriously. Like how Bob Evans SAYS they have it but that is a total lie because there are no mimosas. or how some other places say they have it but only have lunch food and make their mimosas with moscato. NO.
One place in Toledo throws a proper brunch, and one place is a close runner up.
Alright, I’m gunna be real right up front here. Our friendsgiving looked nothing like that beautiful photo at the top that my mother took. Ours involved a lot space heaters and lawnmowers, IT HAD CHARACTER.
However, it was a perfect friendsgiving. If you’re lost, let me help you. Friendsgiving is what you wish your real thanksgiving was. Instead of sitting around your grandmas plastic covered table to eat dinner at 7:30 in the morning while listening to your weird uncle talk about gun control and Ronald Reagan, you get to be with your FRIENDS.
Everyone gets assigned a dish to bring and you roll up to someones house with your arms full of hot dishes, like those black Friday commercials when the moms roll out of the mini-van in slow motion, and you get down.
I love very few things. Italian food is one of them. I try at least once a week to get my family to eat a variation of pasta, call it whatever you want, but its still just noodles and red sauce. I NEED IT. Today we made chicken parmesan, but in a sandwich form, and it was amazing.
You’re going to start with your regular chicken parm ingredients. Some bread crumbs of your choosing (we used Italian panko and regular bread crumbs), add a ton of parmesan cheese to your bread crumbs, THAT is the key to a bangin chicken parm.
